Background

Tiptree Jobserve is a community club that has provided football in the community for over 40 years.

Our aim to provide the best facilities and safest environment to play football for local residents of Tiptree and surrounding villages. Our dedicated Committee, FA Qualified Managers and Coaches deliver training and matches across four locations – Warriors Rest, Florence Park and Thurstable School in Tiptree, plus Thomas Lord Audley School in Colchester.

We operate as part of the JSSC Charitable Trust and operate on a not-for-profit basis. Our income is wholly invested in the facilities, equipment and welfare of our members. and we actively encourage personal development.

In 2019-20 season our Warriors Rest Ground was awarded 3rd Place by Essex FA in the Groundsman of the Year Category, with our U13 Coach Ben Elmer also winning the Grassroots Coach of the Year Award.

Our club now boasts male and female teams from U7s through to adults, providing a pathway for local footballers.

Charter Standard Club

Tiptree Jobserve is proud to be a Charter Standard Club.

The FA Charter Standard programme is The FA’s accreditation scheme open to all grassroots clubs and leagues. It aims to raise standards in the grassroots game, supporting the development of clubs and leagues, recognising and rewarding commitment, quality and achievement.

Clubs which achieve The FA Charter Standard accreditation are challenged to maintain high standards and, where appropriate, to improve and progress to new levels.

The accreditation makes a positive difference to the way clubs are run and to people’s enjoyment of football. The FA aims to support all grassroots clubs to reach Charter Standard status.
